As a troop leader, you will need to log in to a variety of systems to manage your troop. Most of the systems you'll use begin at the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio council Web site.
Each system has its own login credentials, which can be confusing. Keep track of your user names and passwords for the various systems.
My GS (orange tab)
Member Profile allows you to renew girl/adult memberships in your family and modify contact information. (Note that if you are a leader or volunteer and have registered for the current year, you will not show as "Active" until you have viewed the Welcome video.) Volunteer Toolkit allows you to plan meetings online.
eBiz (white link, top right)
Activities allows you to register your family and troop for events, activities, and classes. Read the eBiz Quick Start Guide (PDF).
DoubleKnot (off-site)
For making Troop camping reservations at one of GSWO's camp properties. Read the DoubleKnot Usage Guide (PDF).
eBudde (off-site)
For managing cookie sales. eBudde is the only site not linked from the GSWO site, so be sure to bookmark it.
Volunteer Services Network (VSN) (white link, second from left)
Used mainly by members of the Council and Service Unit teams.
